Starter+ edit time covers routine content, image, and minor layout changes, expires each month, and does not roll over. A site with payments, stores, accounts, portals, memberships, scheduling systems, uploads, automation, API or CRM integrations, multilingual functionality, or comparable custom functionality is an Advanced project. New pages, redesigns, custom features, integrations, and urgent after-hours work are quoted separately. Support requests may be submitted 24/7, but priority handling does not promise an immediate response at all hours. Founding Client Pricing remains available while qualifying service stays continuously active.
A proposal is not a bill. Your exact build, service level, discounts, and outside costs are presented for approval before contract and billing steps begin.
