01Team participation
Employees and advisors may eventually receive properly documented ownership or equity-based arrangements with eligibility rules and vesting.
02Private investment
If N3XRA later accepts private investment, approved participants could receive defined rights through formal terms, review, and signed documents.
03Authorized distributions
If the company becomes profitable and an authorized distribution is approved, payments could be calculated according to each interest’s documented rights. Nothing would be automatic or guaranteed.
04Approved transfers
Eligible participants may eventually request private purchases, sales, redemptions, or repurchases—subject to company approval, restrictions, and applicable law.

N3XRA is currently an LLC. It may eventually convert if a corporate structure better supports growth. Under an approved legal plan, the platform could preserve the complete LLC history while beginning a corporate record. No conversion has been promised or scheduled.
